In warmer months, the best way to reach Brooklyn—the City’s most
populous borough—is via a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. On the
other side, you’ll find the historic brownstones of scenic Brooklyn
Heights. Visit foodie-friendly Park Slope, where you can grab lunch at
a cafe and then explore Prospect Park, whose attractions include a zoo
and Brooklyn’s only remaining natural forest. Bohemian Williamsburg is
another inviting neighborhood to explore with Bedford Avenue’s performance spaces, vintage shops and record stores. And in Coney Island,
you can ride the famous Cyclone roller coaster and cheer its namesake
baseball team (the Brooklyn Cyclones)—then stroll up the Boardwalk
and enjoy Russian delicacies in Brighton Beach.
