Three bedrooms, two baths, star power, and a 9.5-foot facade: if you can't cough up several million dollars, you can now rent 75 1/2 Bedford Street for$14,000 per month. The former home of Edna St. Vincent Millay, Margaret Mead, and Cary Grant (and longtime Curbed obsession), the 19th-century skinny minnie was asking $10,000/month for its 999 square feet back in 2010,pre-renovation. The new whitewashed look bumped up its sales listing as well: the current ask is $4.3 million, as compared to the $1.6 million it sold for in 2000 and the $2.175 million purchase in early 2010.
