An entirely preserved Roman tomb consisting from 24 graves dating back from as early as the 4th century was discovered in Bulgaria’s spa resort of Sapareva Banya, according to information from the historical museum in the city of Kyustendil.
According to reports from the Bulgarian National Radio, the entirely intact tomb is probably that of a family, as the archeologists unearthed the remains of a man, a woman and a child.
It is assumed that the burried man was a wealthy soldier, based on his military footwear.
